The client is a worker’s union organization defending the interests of its 2,500 members and handling hundreds of job postings, reassignments and grievances per year.

The client was using multiple special-purpose software systems that had been developed independently from one another.
The processes for handling each case involved a lot of duplication of the same documents in both electronic and paper form.
