The Gadget matches a Windows Contact with the search string entered by the user.

If the search string matches to a single contact, a professional looking Fax Cover Letter is displayed with the user’s information and the selected contact’s information already filled.
At this point the user can manually edit the document to enter the Fax subject, the number of pages and any relevant notes and comments.

Additional instances of the gadget can be configured with other templates – new ones can be created using Xpertdoc 2007 – for fast and easy access.
